Meaning of "Cold as You" Lyrics. PLEASE ANSWER! :]?

It's a hypothetical breakup song. All she's really saying is that out of all the people she loved, this one guy hurt her the worst. He lied to her and brought her down and now that she's looking back, she realizes that she's never been more miserably broken as she was when she was with him. I hope this helps:)
