How do I know if he likes me?

Okay, so it's kinda really complicated. It started with me having this minor crush at him since he was kinda hot, but it wasn't until another school year that we've officialy been introduced and got to know each other. I was just elected as the president of an in campus organization and he happened to be my Vice President for Finance so we got along just fine, but during then, I was just dealing with a heartache after a break-up. We stayed one night at his place since we were preparing for this activity and we were making reports and permits for this activity. After we did everything, we hit the sack and he and I shared his bed and my other officers settled in different parts of the room. I kinda rested my arm around his waist that evening and curled my other arm in my chest. The next thing i knew was that he was also facing me and wrapped his arm around me. Soon enough, his hands crept down to mine and they were locked together. We were really close that night to the point that my cheek was below his, but nothing more happened. Well, we got really close after but we never mentioned it but I think he knows that I was awake. The same things happened for like two more different nights whenever we had to do something but would end up really late at night and we would have to sleep at his place. But then he got really close to my other officer and they were like so close already. They volunteered to go to this conference to represent my organization and were gone for an entire weekend, and it was sort of a retreat with all the spirituality (i don't mean it to sound harsh or anti-Catholic or anti-spirituality, don't get me wrong, i'm a devout Catholic who like retreats and all, i just want to emphasize the spirituality part since they were discouraged from bringing mobile phones and clearly there wouldn't be internet so he didn't call or communicate with me then). But after that event, he was really quite distant to me already but then really close to this other friend. And this friend seemed to really like him since I could feel that my other friend would get kinda mad if i stay with him and get really close with him. And so, I tried to stay away from him, thinking that they were already together but then I realized that I have already fell for him. So there came this night when we had to once again do something and the other officers went home right after but I decided to sleep the night in. Nothing happened that night, no hugs, no hands, no nothing. But then as we woke up, I wrapped my arm around his tummy and he hugged me, semi-hugged me. And then after a few more movements, we had our hands wrapped together and we looked and felt so much like a couple after (it didn't happen though). I went my hand through his hair and he was giving my back an awesome mage while he was hugging me. We talked and kidded around and we were even tickling each other. That was two nights ago, but he barely won't reply to me after. I mean he's online and all he ever replies are the dry direct answers to my questions and won't reply to my text messages. I mean, does he like me or what? I'm really tired already, waiting. And it's kinda hard to tell him that I like him, and it seriously isn't an option. I mean, isn't the hand part something already?. I mean, shouldn't that tell him that I REALLY LIKE HIM?? please!! I need answers!!
