Vasectomy approved by doctor...now what should i do?

It sounds to me like you've made up your mind about not having children, and eventually it is going to be a problem with your girlfriend. How much of a future do you honestly think you can have with someone who's views are so different from yours on such an important subject? It's your body and your decision, but also consider that vasectomy's are often reversible as well. Good luck!
