My friend wants to go to mexico. Shes a felon. Shes not on parole or probation. It happened like over 5yrs ago?

She can get a pport with no problem. See 1st site below for all pport application info. Mexico does not do criminal background checks so she would have no problem entering Mexico. American citizens do not need a visa to enter Mexico...just a tourist card you can get at the border or on the plane. If not going past the 20 kilometer checkpoint or staying more than 72 hours, a tourist card is not needed. NOW.. those drugs are dispensed by prescription only in Mexico, just like in the U.S. Any person or pharmacy that says they will sell them to her without a valid prescription is breaking the law...and probably will rip her ff by giving her fake pills.
