What would cause pain around the gall bladder area without being the gall bladder??

Ailment of the gall bladder is usually reflected as pain between the shoulder blades.` Pain directly over the gall bladder could also be due to infection or obstruction of the surrounding structures as liver which is above it, pancreas,and its neighbor, stomach.Appendix is rt lower quadrant, while gall bladder is rt upper quadrant.
