Does this older man like me? please read?

I really like a guy, but he's kind of older and he is at my workplace. We always make alot of eye contact when we talk and he can't stop smiling! When we're in the same room he usually looks at me with that huge smile. He usually starts the conversations, like the other day i was just standing around and he walked up to me to talk. Sometimes he asks me questions that could be implying 'dirty' thinks like he asked me if i was doing something with one of my friends and if that's why I got in trouble :P. Also i was talking about someone who i thought might hate me and he was reuring me that he bet they didn't. Also he teases me sometimes, like accusing me of lying for my own benefit in certain situations. Whenever I see him he has a smile on and a twinkle in his gorgeous eyes but im just not sure if he is flirting, abd possibly likes me, or if he is just being friendly.... If u think he likes me, what should i do to like let him know im interested but subtly?
