I'm a MCA(Master of computer aplication)student and have completed BCA.i want to become a lecturer,plz help

At present i'm studying MCA 1st sem,after i have completed MCA,i would like to become a lecturer.plz give me more information about how i could become a lecturer..How to prepare..
