As you sow, so you reap.how many of u belive in Laws of Karma?any experiences?

As for experiences, too many to count! Instant karma is very good at biting me on the you-know-where when I need it. There is always a response to an action, though it may not be visible, and it may not be in this lifetime. As for a beneficial force in our lives, it will be if we let it. We can learn understanding of how it feels to be treated in certain ways, we become better people and offer others love instead of unkindness. Only if we refuse to see our mistakes and continue our bad behavior, do we not learn from karma.
