I've been told I'm "taking advantage" of my blind boyfriend?

I'm sorry to hear that his mother is that way, but because he is blind doesn't mean that you're taking advantage of him. We all have our disadvantages, whether it means that someone is blind or something much more trivial than that. Therefore, I don't see why his mom thinks that. Sounds like she needs to grow up, because it appears to me that she is trying to shelter her son.
