Why are commies in Cuba and liberals in Florida radically against NAFTA/NAU Mexico-US partnership & alliances?

NAFTA is good for stock owners and business owners but bad for every worker. Want cheap labor? Just send the job over the boarder. Cheap labor? Hire Mexicans. Same happened when china was given most favored trading status. Ross Perot was right- he heard the big sucking sound as jobs went over seas, but no one else did.
