HORRIBLE SMELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

My stepmom is making food for a party today and when I woke up I smell this awful stentch it is so awful that I am either going to breakdown and cry or go throwup!! What should bI do to make it go away. I am holding my nose while typing this!
