Did anyone watch Brett Baier yesterday afternoon?

He played a short video clip of 0bama saying, "We think we'll be able to ride out the situation in Libya and it will stabilize." and 0bama looked stoned out of his head! You can't find the video anywhere online...Someone else noticed it, too?
